FFILM CYMRU WALES - MAGNIFIER
We're working with the national body for film in Wales to evaluate the Magnifier programme, an innovative 360 approach to developing films.
The Magnifier approach is a new initiative helping filmmakers identify and build their audiences and revenue streams from the early stages of their project’s development.
MADE IN WALES
Commissioned by Film Hub Wales to populate database of Welsh films, directors and writers which is accessible for all exhibitors in Wales. Currently writing a report on the impact of Welsh film in 2019/20 at the UK Box Office.
FILM BIRMINGHAM REGIONAL BUSINESS MODELS STUDY
Commissioned by Birmingham City Council and Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership to evaluate Film Birmingham's production services offer and to propose new funding models enabling Film Birmingham to offer production services across the West Midlands region.
SEVERN SCREEN CLWSTWR PROJECT
Working with production company Severn Screen on their Clwstwr funded R&D project to understand how IP created through the film and TV production process can be utilised by gaming companies.
Working on behalf of the BFI's Film Audience Network we are coordinating a new network for Young Film Programmer groups around the UK, providing new opportunities for young people and regional audiences.

LEEDS YOUNG FILM
Leeds Young Film, part of Leeds Film City, commissioned us to revise their business plan and produce a new audience development strategy for 2016-19 with a specific focus on engaging new young audiences aged 15-24.
FILM EDUCATION AUDIT
Commissioned to research and evaluate the youth film festival sector in Wales, the UK and Europe for Film Hub Wales. The final report can be accessed here: http://filmhubwales.org/resources/research-youth-festivals
FILM LITERACY EUROPE
We developed European-wide film exhibition and education programmes for a new not for profit organisation based in London. With funding from Creative Europe, we are working with partners and agencies in Latvia, Lithuania and Georgia, to put film clubs in schools. Over 250 schools are now signed up and showing a mix of films after school to young people aged 6-18
BFI FILM ACADEMY - VFX/ANIMATION
We worked with Ffresh Film Festival and Our Colab to deliver two BFI Film Academies in Swansea and Cardiff 2016 and 2017. Focusing on VFX and Animation respectively, the Academies, help train and inspire the next generation of British filmmakers, supporting talented and committed young people aged 16-19 to develop the commercial and cultural knowledge and skills to help make a career in film a reality.
We are the Creative Directors of Wicked Film, a youth film initiative in Rhyl, North Wales. Wicked Film runs a year round film programme curated by young people and holds an international film festival once a year in September. The festival showcases the best short films from young filmmakers across Europe thanks to its partnership with over 25 European Youth Film Festivals.
