FFILM CYMRU WALES - MAGNIFIER
We're working with the national body for film in Wales to evaluate the Magnifier programme, an innovative 360 approach to developing films.
The Magnifier approach is a new initiative helping filmmakers identify and build their audiences and revenue streams from the early stages of their project’s development.
FILM HUB WALES - FILM EDUCATION AUDIT
In partnership with Bigger Picture Research we conducted a full audit of film education services in Wales, particularly focusing on venue provision and outreach. Working on behalf of the BFI's Film Audience Network we are coordinating a new network for Young Film Programmer groups around the UK, providing new opportunities for young people and regional audiences.

LEEDS YOUNG FILM
Leeds Young Film, part of Leeds Film City, commissioned us to revise their business plan and produce a new audience development strategy for 2016-19 with a specific focus on engaging new young audiences aged 15-24.

FILM LITERACY EUROPE
We're developing European-wide film exhibition and education programmes for a new not for profit organisation based in London. Currently working in Latvia, Lithuania and Georgia, Film Literacy Europe is working with partners to put film clubs in schools. Over 250 schools are now signed up and showing a mix of films after school to young people aged 6-18
We are the Creative Directors of Wicked Film, a youth film initiative in Rhyl, North Wales. Wicked Film runs a year round film programme curated by young people and holds an international film festival once a year in September. The festival showcases the best short films from young filmmakers across Europe thanks to its partnership with over 25 European Youth Film Festivals.
We worked with Ffresh Film Festival and Our Colab to deliver two BFI Film Academies in Swansea and Cardiff 2016 and 2017. Focusing on VFX and Animation respectively, the Academies, help train and inspire the next generation of British filmmakers, supporting talented and committed young people aged 16-19 to develop the commercial and cultural knowledge and skills to help make a career in film a reality.
